Trading conditions described here apply to all trades completed on By using our website or by placing an order with Nordkoncept, you accept the terms and conditions below.

It is important to read and understand these terms and conditions before placing your order at the ice shop. If you have any doubts or questions, you are always very welcome to contact us at the email above ( ).

Terms and conditions are also found in the checkout when you place your order. However, be aware that these may change, e.g. if new rules come into force. These sales and delivery conditions apply to the purchase of goods for delivery in EU countries, unless otherwise agreed.

Conditions for ordering is open 24 hours a day. You can therefore always shop online with us.

To shop at, you must be 18 years of age and in possession of a valid payment card. However, it is still possible to shop with us if you have obtained your guardian’s consent and have the legal right to enter into the purchase by virtue of this.


Find the products you want in the shop, add them to your basket and go to checkout quickly and simply. You can continuously adjust the contents of your basket as needed.

After you have completed your purchases, you will receive an order confirmation.

Once your order has been accepted, you will receive another email. This email serves as your receipt. In this email you will also find a link to a tracking number for your order. The receipt will of course also be included in your package in physical form.

Please note that it may take a few hours for the chosen distributor to scan your package and it may therefore take up to 24 hours before you can actually track your package.

Payment of order

When you are ready to order, click “Continue” at the bottom of your shopping cart. Here you enter your name, address, email and phone number, and choose a delivery method. It is possible to choose an alternative delivery address if you want it delivered to your work or elsewhere. lawnmower

All amounts are in DKK. All prices are daily prices and include Danish VAT. Any additional payments will be calculated on the information page, which will be displayed before the payment page.

You can pay with Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit and MobilePay.

We only withdraw the money from your payment card when the goods have been dispatched. We charge any card fees associated with your purchase.

Cancellation of order

You can cancel an order before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you therefore do not want your order, you must send it back as a return when the package has been received.

Secure payment

We want you as a customer to be able to shop with peace of mind on our webshop. Credit card information is therefore transmitted in encrypted form through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). The encryption technique ensures that the information is sent via a secure connection and that your card details cannot therefore be read by outsiders. That way, only NETS can read your data. Neither nor others have access to read data. In addition, we use QuickPay as a payment gateway that is certified according to the PCI standard.

Shipping and delivery in Denmark

We ship via PostNord, GLS or DAO. All orders are sent insured and with tracking, so you can easily follow your package via the link in your email. You are free to choose between having it delivered to your door, to work or whether you want to pick it up at the nearest parcel shop. We work hard to ship your package within 24 hours of placing your order. Place order before 13.00 on weekdays, we try to ensure that the package is dispatched the same day.

NOTE: When you pre-order an item via preorder, it means that the items are not in stock at the time of purchase. For preorders, information about the waiting time until your order can be shipped will be written in the product information on the product page before payment.

International shipping and delivery

We always try to send all packages within 24 hours of ordering. If an order is placed before 13.00 on weekdays, we try to send the item the same day. Shipping takes place via PostNord and business partners in the country in question.
